How do I possibly begin to thank
you? Absolutely everything was done to perfection and I keep hearing
raves and raves from my guests. I tried to convince them that
I made all the centerpieces myself, but no one was buying that.
Oh well, I tried...
Not only are you both such pleasures
to work with, you are so professional and unbelievably creative
and capable. Your ideas were wonderful and their execution was
just perfect. I will certainly recommend you to everyone I know
and hope they will be smart enough to use you. They could never
get anyone better!!!
After the first time we met, I hd
no doubt that you would be my choice. I knew everything would
be terrific and I was totally right!!!
Thanks again for putting up with
all my craziness and nerves as the party got closer. You should
charge me for psychological counseling, too!

Hi, Stacy and Michael!
Meant to write to you earlier, but
have been flying high since the party, and haven't come down long
enough to do something as mundane as sending an email!
I can't thank you enough for everything
you did to make Mark's party so wonderful. It tryly was a night
he will never forget, nor will I. The room looked great, the food
was unbelievably delicious, the service was attentive and terrific.
The musician you hired was fabulous and really added so much to
the party — so delighted you suggested him.
Mark was absolutely stunned, as you
saw. He is still walking on air. Every person that attended has
called to tell us what an amazing party it was — and all
have raved about the food — how great it was to have hors
d'oeuvres the whole time, and how delicious everything was, how
interesting and exciting the menu was, and how beautifully it
was all done. Needless to say, I've given your name to everyone!
It doesn't seem enough to say thank
you. As with Jenny's Bat Mitzvah, you made a wonderful milestone
even more special, and helped create wonderful memories for our
family.

Dear Stacy,
There are no words to express what
you have done for us. People have called to say it was a "perfect
wedding", "this was the best wedding I've ever been
to", "the chuppah was gorgeous", "the musicians
who played during the ceremony were so wonderful", "the
band was fantastic"; and so on.
Stacy, the Puck building was a wonderful
canvas upon
which you, with your talent, creativity...
genius produced something magical. I know that it was not an easy
environment to work; but no one could have guessed that.
To Karen and Doug, you are obviously special...
I know of no other caterer who shared the wedding cake with the
bride and groom. Thanks for being patient and understanding with
us all. It would seem that a caterer has to be a therapist, rabbi,
bubba and stand-up comedian all in one. I don't know how you manage
to do it.
I don't know what we can ever do that could come
even close with what you have done for this family; but never
hesitate to ask. You are a dear and caring man and we love you
for it.

It is exactly one week after Jordan's
Bar Mitzvah and I can hardly believe it. Although I've spoken
to you and thanked you, I wanted to do it in writing as well.
Stacy you were terrific to work with,
so very patient and kind to an anxious Mom with plenty of suggestions
as to have the kind of party we wanted. And you succeeded. It
was exactly the party I'd hoped for. It was elegant and tasteful
as well as beautiful and warm. I've received calls all week telling
me how beautiful the affair was and how great the food was.

what I feared would be an agonizing process onto an exciting,

Many, many thanks for the wonderful wedding reception. Your staff
was very professional and friendly. The buffet was beautifully
presented and quite delicious. Your attention to every detail
made the day run smoothly. When the first blast of the mariachis
sounded, I knew we were in for a fiesta, and a fiesta it was.
